About

Robert Berk has tried numerous cases to verdict as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants throughout his distinguished career. His extensive trial experience provides valuable insight into both sides of complex disputes, making him an effective neutral in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Since 1999, Robert has participated in and conducted hundreds of successful mediations and settlement conferences across diverse practice areas. He serves on the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Panel and as a Judge Pro Tempore for Maricopa County Superior Court since 2005.

His membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates—which requires a minimum number of jury trials to verdict—reflects his standing among top commercial practitioners in Arizona.
